Why MuniCo?

Each year, local governments become more aggressive in regulating local businesses. MuniCo monitors local proposed ordinances, meeting agendas, discussions, and hearings so you are never caught off guard. MuniCo uses user-specified keyword identifiers to tag issues of interest that arise in local municipalities and county governments. Combined with user-specified locations of interest, MuniCo generates a report detailing any actions taken by those units of government on the specified issues.

Pick Your Locations

In addition to using tags, MuniCo can provide location-specific alerts and information. For example, if your business only operates in Wisconsin and Michigan, you can choose to only see ordinances related to your chosen tags that are being discussed within those states.

Received Tailored Reports

If any action is taken on a specified issue within a specified location, you’ll know about it. A report will be emailed detailing a proposed ordinance and an explanation on how the ordinance came to be and what it will do.

Why MuniCo is Different

MuniCo is not a web crawling algorithm. All reports are reviewed for relevance, accuracy, and clarity before being sent to a subscriber. In addition, MuniCo covers every municipality and county within the United States regardless of size. The platform is extremely flexible and can adapt to almost any need.
